Each second generation Neighbor Hater starts with your choice of a 4-inch or 4.5″ round steel sleeve muffler body fitted with a black machined aluminum end cap that features an outer tip with dual grooves. Each inner tip echoes the O.G. Neighbor Hater formula by creating a strong visual resemblance and an exceptional sonic BOOM that made the original Cobra NH mufflers famous!
